Original statement of XANDRIA:

"We have good and bad news for you. First the bad ones: It now appears that Kerstin Bischof unfortunately can´t be the permanent new singer of Xandria. Due to occupational and private reasons she wants to concentrate on her non-musical career in the future and cannot support Xandria the way it would be necessary. We wish her all the best for the future!

So here and now we are searching for a new singer again, details for applications follow in a few days.

We know that you are waiting for a new album, and we are very sorry for keeping you waiting even longer for the new songs, with which we actually wanted to enter the recording studio now.

The good news is that we will play the coming concerts nevertheless, cause our old singer Lisa Middelhauve has agreed to step in for them. But she will not enter the band again, so this will be an unexpected last opportunity for many fans to experience her on stage with Xandria once more!

01.02.2010: FreaKozaks (VICTOR SMOLSKI)

You always wonder, how VICTOR SMOLSKI finds the time, next to his intensive involvement not only as guitarhero in RAGE (the new album "Strings To A Web" will be released within the next days), his own career as solo-artist, his workshops, his car racing and the requests for being guest musician, to produce albums for other artists.

So he discovered already in 2007 the fourguys from Krasnodar on the Russian peninsula Crimea and committed them as support for the next RAGE tour in 2008. Directly after the tour FREAKOZAKS went into the studio to record their debut album "Silent Murder" - under Victors direction.

Now the recordings are finished and we are proud to announce, that we will release the album of Victor's protégés on April 16th, 2010. (Of course we will arrange an own FREAKOZAKS-Area here on Drakkar.de...)

31.01.2010: The Feast - Premiere of the big screen (EMIL BULLS)

The ForumKinos (cinemas) in Munich will host an exclusive premiere party on the releaseday of EMIL BULLS' DVD "The Feast", not to forget including the exclusive screening of the DVD on a 25m screen - rock'n'roll... After a few technical problems the pre-sales will now start this Tuesday, February 02nd, 2010 for the very limited tickets... so make sure you get yours...

30.01.2010: Live 2010 (QNTAL)

This year the life on stage for QNTAL already starts next week again. The known dates have been joined by further festivals, among others the RenCon in Baltimore (USA)...

From now on GRANTIG singer and guitarist Jonathan Schmid is only addicted to his guitar and steps back from his position behind the mic for his brother Vinzenz Schmid. So GRANTIG are a five man army now and on the road with the new line-up in February. Together with Tieflader and Übergas they tour across Germany.
