On October 05th, 2007 the strictly limited to 2.500 units each and serial numbered Gold Editions of the NIGHTWISH albums "Wishmaster", Century Child" & "Tales From The Elvenpath" will be out in stores. And so you might recognise them (click to enlarge)...- 06.09.2007: 2 x Gold in Germany
NIGHTWISH are one of the real surprises of their genre. For years the number of fans rises with every album, all tours are sold out. The last album "Once" made it at once ;) up to #1 of the German Media Control Charts, kept that position for weeks and achieved Gold and Platinum awards within a short period of time!
Drakkar Entertainment, who contributed to this success a big part by releasing five albums, two DVDs and several singles, are pleased by a still strong demand for all NIGHTWISH releases by Drakkar Records.
Now further albums, "Wishmaster" and "Century Child", achieved Gold in Germany for selling more than 150.000 units each, too. Bogdan Kopec, Managing Director of Drakkar Entertainment, met the musicians Tuomas Hollopainen and Marko Hietalla during the promo tour for their upcoming album "Dark Passion Play" and presnted the awards in person.
In return to the fans for their unbreakable loyalty Drakkar Records will release the successful Gold albums in strictly limited (2.500 units each!) and serial numered Gold Editions. The Gold Editions wiil be available of "Wishmaster", "Century Child" and the Best Of album "Tales From The Elvenpath". Not only for the limited numer of units real collector's items, that will be sold out rapidly for sure!- 30.07.2007: Very special versions!
