OCHMONEKS
The OCHMONEKS are a four-piece, German-speaking rock band from Düsseldorf, which unite themselves in particular through catchy, party-friendly hymns and energetic live shows.

• Stefan (founding member): Guitar, Backing Vocals
• Dirk (founding member): Main Vocals
• Daniel (since 2018): Drums
• Lars (since 2020): Bass
• The band name is based on the 80s TV sereies "ALF". The Ochmoneks were the eternally annoying neighbors of the Tanner family. The series ran by chance during a band rehearsal in Stefan's living room.
• In 2017, the debut album 'IN DUR' was released, which was named Rock Album of the year at the German Rock Prize
• The "Gitarre und Bass" magazine described the band as "First Class Punk Rock from Düsseldorf" (issue 09/17) and compared the band's sound with the legendary 'Die Toten Hosen'
• The OCHMONEKS song 'FORTUNA' is being played my times in the football stadium before the home games of Fortuna Düsseldorf
• With the hymn 'ALKOHOLFREI', the OCHMONEKS made it to number 1 in the Ruhrcharts of Radio Bochum & Radio Essen for 3 weeks in a row
• In 2017, the band launched their own hand-filled gib under the GIN DUR brand
• At the German Rock & Pop Awards 2018, the OCHMONEKS won 5 prizes::

• In may 2019, DA CAPO, the OCHMONEKS 2nd studio album, was released. The album was recorded by Vincent Sorg in the legendary Principal Studios (DIE TOTEN HOSEN, BROILERS, IN EXTREMO, DRITTE WAHL, UNHEILIG)
• The second album DA CAPO made it to place #56 in the german midweek charts.
• On the occasion of the new album, the OCHMONEKS went with J.B.O. on tour through Germany
• A support tour with UNANTASTBAR was planned for the corona year 2020. Due to the pandemic the tour was postponed to 2021.
• On October 1st, 2021, GEGENWIND will be the third studio album by OCHMONEKS
